　　Ningbo Zhoushan Port in Zhejiang province of East China saw its cargo throughput exceed 1.25 billion tons in 2022, ranking top globally for a fourteenth consecutive year. The port's container throughput also hit 33.35 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), ranking third in the world.

　　2022年，寧波舟山港完成年貨物吞吐量超12.5億噸，連續(xù)14年位居全球第一；完成集裝箱吞吐量3335萬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱，穩(wěn)居全球第三。

　　Against the backdrop of domestic and international complexities and volatility in 2022, Ningbo Zhoushan Port has rolled out 18 measures to ensure unblocked service and operation and 46 specific moves to improve quality and overcome difficulties. Its business environment and effective logistics have been further improved, helping to realize the port’s goal of steady growth.

　　2022年是極不平凡的一年，面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的內(nèi)外部形勢(shì)，寧波舟山港研究出臺(tái)了18條保通保暢措施和46條穩(wěn)進(jìn)提質(zhì)攻堅(jiān)行動(dòng)具體舉措，持續(xù)優(yōu)化口岸營(yíng)商環(huán)境，切實(shí)保障物流暢通高效，實(shí)現(xiàn)了港口運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)的目標(biāo)。

　　Statistics show that the total value of China's foreign trade in goods registered 42.07 trillion yuan in 2022, up 7.7% year-on-year. Ningbo-Zhoushan Port's steady growth attests to China's resilient economy.

　　數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2022年，我國(guó)貨物貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口總值達(dá)42.07萬億元，同比增長(zhǎng)7.7%。寧波舟山港運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)“穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)”得益于充滿韌性的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)。

　　Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, as an important hub of the trade network, has endeavored to strengthen its strategic position in domestic and global circulation, promoting cooperation with shipping enterprises and optimizing route design. A resulting breakthrough has been made in container routes, whose totality currently reaches 300(13 new international routes were newly developed in 2022). 120 of these routes are under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

　　作為貿(mào)易樞紐的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，寧波舟山港全力打造國(guó)內(nèi)大循環(huán)戰(zhàn)略支點(diǎn)、國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際雙循環(huán)戰(zhàn)略樞紐，加大與航運(yùn)企業(yè)合作，持續(xù)優(yōu)化航線結(jié)構(gòu)，集裝箱航線實(shí)現(xiàn)新突破，航線總數(shù)達(dá)300條，較2021年末新增國(guó)際航線13條，其中“一帶一路”航線達(dá)120條。

　　The steady and progressive performance of China's busiest port benefits from its proactive internal and external expansion. 2022 has witnessed numerous uncertainties, particularly in serious global imbalance between energy supply and demand and constant fluctuation in the commodity market worldwide. Ningbo Zhoushan Port strived to tackle such challenges as declining demand for iron ore and periodical imbalance of AOG (arrival of goods), by competing for market share with good services. Against the downturn trend worldwide, it succeeded in unloading a total of 64 ore vessels (with 400,000 tonnages), up 10.35% year-on-year.

　　寧波舟山港運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)“穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)”得益于主動(dòng)求變的內(nèi)聯(lián)外拓。2022年，全球能源供需嚴(yán)重失衡，大宗商品市場(chǎng)反復(fù)波動(dòng)，帶來諸多不確定性。寧波舟山港積極應(yīng)對(duì)鐵礦石需求轉(zhuǎn)弱、階段性貨源到港不均等難題，以優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)爭(zhēng)攬貨源提升份額，實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵礦石接卸量逆勢(shì)增長(zhǎng)，全年累計(jì)接卸40萬噸礦船64艘次，同比增長(zhǎng)10.35%。

　　Ningbo Zhoushan Port remains sensitive and watchful to any adjustments of crude oil policies and market changes, strengthening communication with major customers and refineries, expediting its operations and rolling out plans scientifically. It has launched “excellent service packages” to save costs for customers, and tapped into the advantages of effectively coordinated crude oil terminal clusters to improve the efficiency and capacity of handling.

　　寧波舟山港持續(xù)關(guān)注原油政策調(diào)整和市場(chǎng)行情變化，強(qiáng)化與大客戶、煉廠溝通，加快作業(yè)節(jié)奏、科學(xué)制定計(jì)劃，推出“優(yōu)服務(wù)套餐”為客戶節(jié)約成本。同時(shí)，發(fā)揮原油碼頭集群聯(lián)動(dòng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，持續(xù)提升原油接卸效率和能力。

　　In 2022, the port continued to expand the roll-on / roll-off services of automobiles for domestic and foreign trade (annual workload: 460,000 cars, a year-on-year growth of 26.4%) in response to booming automobile production and sales. Among them, the volume for foreign trade has increased dramatically.

　　寧波舟山港搶抓汽車產(chǎn)銷兩旺的契機(jī)，持續(xù)拓展內(nèi)外貿(mào)汽車滾裝業(yè)務(wù)，全年完成汽車滾裝作業(yè)量46萬輛，同比增長(zhǎng)26.4%。其中，外貿(mào)滾裝作業(yè)量實(shí)現(xiàn)大幅增長(zhǎng)。

　　In addition, a steady growth in businesses concerning the coal, liquefied oil product, and grain sectors has been maintained at Ningbo Zhoushan Port in 2022.

　　此外，2022年，寧波舟山港煤炭、液化油品、糧食業(yè)務(wù)均保持穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。

　　The steady and progressive performance of the port also benefits from its constant pursuit of "first-class" in capacity building. In 2022, Ningbo Zhoushan Port concentrated on building up "first-class equipment, technologies, management, and services". By strictly following timelines and firmly tightening safety standards, it has sped up construction on a series of municipal, provincial and national key projects. The main works of the Ningbo Zhoushan Port Key Infrastructure Project have been initiated; the construction of deep-water port areas in Chuanshan, Meishan, and Daxie has been accelerated. Zhongzhai Ore Terminal (Phase II) – the largest on this site with an operation capacity of 300,000 tonnages – was put into full operation and has unloaded 45 ore ships. In Meishan Port Area the container-berth cluster of ten-million-TEUs-class started to take shape, with an annual container throughput exceeding 8 million for the first time. All these show that the throughput capacity of Ningbo Zhoushan Port has reached a new level.

　　寧波舟山港運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)“穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)”得益于勇攀一流的能力建設(shè)。2022年，寧波舟山港聚焦“一流設(shè)施、一流技術(shù)、一流管理、一流服務(wù)”建設(shè)，緊盯時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，嚴(yán)抓安全質(zhì)量，一批國(guó)家、省市重點(diǎn)建設(shè)工程接連按下“加速鍵”。其中，寧波舟山港基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目主體工程開工建設(shè)；穿山、梅山、大榭等深水港區(qū)建設(shè)加快；寧波最大礦石碼頭中宅二期30萬噸級(jí)礦石碼頭全面投產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)，完成掛靠接卸礦船45艘次；梅山港區(qū)“千萬箱級(jí)”集裝箱泊位群雛形初現(xiàn)，年集裝箱吞吐量首超“800萬箱”，港口通過能力再上新臺(tái)階。

　　Digital transformation and smart port construction has been under collaborative advancement at China's busiest port. Rapid and steady progress can be found in a number of its "2+1" smart terminal demonstration projects, such as Meishan Port Area's intelligent container terminal, Shulang Lake's intelligent bulk cargo terminal and Ningbo-Zhoushan Smart Terminal. Each of these innovations will elevate the scientific and technological achievements of Ningbo Zhoushan Port to new heights.
